Welcome to Autosoft Shujaa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

  • "We," "Us," "Our" — Autosoft Shujaa, a software company based in Nairobi, Kenya

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and its legality.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service may integrate with or link to third-party websites, services, or resources. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUTOSOFT SHUJAA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or KES 10,000, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autosoft Shujaa and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and associated data, see our Data Deletion page or contact support@autosoftshujaa.com.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

  • Updating the "Effective Date" above
  • Posting the revised Terms on this page
  • Sending an in-app notification or email for significant changes

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
